Director Ashwini Chaudhary's 'Jodi Breakers' is a romantic comedy film.
Sid is a divorce lawyer who makes money by divorcing people, he meet the Sonali and both of them together become more wealthy divorce expert or to say 'Jodi Breakers' (meaning couple breakers). Sonali feels that she is doing good job by separating those couple who are not happy with each other, get them opportunity to be happy again or find life partner with which they can be happy. Sid's own life is not that good, he had divorced his wife who is not a good woman, and to which he have to pay large amount of alimony. Sid's ex-wife offers him a deal. According to deal, Sid has to drive divorce between happy couple Marc and Ira, and in return Sid does not need to give alimony to his ex-wife. Sid hides this from Sonali because she only like to advice divorces to sad couple, not happy couple.
Then what happens tell the movie...
Will Sonali come to know Sid's plan...
Film tries to be funny and then romantic, but it hardly get any of this. Story had lots of potential but weak direction and weak screenplay doesn't help. Script hardly gives any laugh for its not so funny humor.
Good points of film is its good decent basic storyline, while bad points of film are its direction, script, screenplay
It may be liked by fan of R Madhavan and Bipasha Basu
