Movie Tagline: “Behind every great love is a great story”
Director Ashu Trikha's 'Zindagi Tere Naam' is a romantic drama movie. It is said to be inspired from 2004 English film 'The Notebook'.
An old man is telling a love story from a notebook in a hospital to an old woman who apparently loosing her memory. Story tells the Siddharth is living Dalhousie with spending life as cutting woods, create and sell violins in his small shop with his father. Sidharth met a rich girl Anjali, and they both fall in love with each other. Situation happens that they fight and get separated, without any apparent contacts. Sidharth heartbroken writes and sent 365 letters to her continuously, but letters did not approach to Anjali. Anjali with no contacts with Sidharth for a very long time, decided to move on when meet to rich Vishal. One day Anjali come to know that Sidharth is still waiting for her and making the dream house she always wanted, which make him famous as a lover.
Then what happen tells the movie...
Will they meet again...? What will happen when they meet again...? Who are those old man and old woman in hospital...?
Film starts as stupid, cheesy, clinch romantic story to slowly turns into mature love story. Mithun and Ranjeeta have done very good performances, and their respective roles are suiting to them. Protagonists Aseem Ali Khan and Priyanka Mehta, both of them have given from stupid to mature performances. Film gives the feel of genuine 1980s and 1990s love story, far off from Internet, phone technologies and short-term affairs attitude. And this is the beauty of film.
Good points of film is its simple genuine mature romantic story which gives the feel of 1980s and 1990s films in a good way, protagonists, directors given good work at later part of film, while bad points of film can be its bad, cheesy performances in initial part, with old style story, and slow paced.
It will be liked by fan of simple genuine love stories of special feels of old romantic films.

Director Sriram Raghavan's 'Agent Vinod' is suspense and action thriller movie. Sriram Raghavan had directed some earlier good suspense thriller already like 2004 Bollywood movie 'Ek Hasina Thi' and 2007 bollywood movie 'Johnny Gaddaar'. This film is borrowed its name from 1977 Bollywood movie of the same name, it is also said to be adapted from that hit film.
A suitcase of nuclear bomb, which possibly can initiate nuclear war, is get into the hand of underworld. Agent Vinod is a RAW secret agent. Vinod's boss show him last video message of his colleague secret agent Major Rajan, who was behind a Rusian mafia leader. Rajan before his murder tell them that he listened about a meeting going to happen somewhere which will badly affect India and he listen them to repeating number '242'. Agent Vinod is appointed to find out about them, and stop the possible attack on India.
Then what happen tells the movie...
What is number '242' and how it could affect India...? Will agent Vinod be able to stop attack on India...? Who is behind the attack...?
It is about stylish Indian spy, who look like desi avatar of Hollywood fictional spy James Bond 007. Film is a nice background story with good developed plan of antagonists. Saif Ali Khan as agent Vinod trying to be stylish with attitude but his dialogues look like somewhat cheesy and clinch, he seems to not to fit in the role, but overall he done the decent job. Agent Vinod travels to numerous world locations like Afghanistan, Morocco, Pakistan, Moscow, Turkey, Latvija. Kareena Kapoor is playing Pakistani undercover secret agent. One thing which irritates most in film is its action scenes where camera is shaking to the level of irritation to show the messy situation in story.
Good points of film are its good story, screenplay, average direction, and performances, while bad points of film are its irritating shaking camera action scenes, cheesy dialogues.
It will be liked by people who love to see Indian spy film in desi andaaz.

Veer and Chandni wants to marry, but Veer's father who belongs to royal ancestry, wants to marry his son only within a royal family. Chandni have to hide her identity from Veer's girlfriend to pretending as a friend and journalist who want to cover royal wedding. Veer's 3 brothers get attracted towards Chandni. Veer's father Chandraveer Singh decided to get marries Chandni to a punjabi boy within few days. So, veer comes in disguise as a Sardar as a prospective groom for Chandni.

After few years, this bet had been forgotten; all the friends had married except the 3 best friends Nikhil, Rajeev, and Arav. Nikhil is get set to marry his sweetheart Anjali. Rajeev and Arav who share love and hate relationship starts to woo Anjali's friend Sneha. Things change when Rajeev become liable to money of Gutka king.

It’s another stereotypical film where boys don’t want to marry, unto the level that they make a bet for this. But film is way too clinched, with overused story, and comedy also does not impress you. First half of the film have many similarity with 'American Pie 3: The Wedding' movie. On the performances, Rajeev Khandelwal, who is known for his good intense acting, disappoints most in his happy go lucky playboy like character. Shreyas Talpade had given the good performance, while rest of actors performs average acting.
Bad points of movie are its below average direction, performances, and screenplay, while good point of movie can be called its simple story.
It might be liked by fan of light bachelorhood slapstick comedy film.

Paan Singh Tomar is soldier in Indian army, where he is recognized as potential athlete and runner. Paan Singh rise as champion in 7 consecutives national award in steeplechase running. He represents India in 1958 Asian Games in Tokyo, Japan. After taking premature retirement from army, Paan Singh moved to his native village in Chambal Valley. He tries to raise his voice against the land feud happen against his family, but administration is not interested into what he has to say.

Nikhil do not meet her after 6 months, instead after 2 years he start to miss her and meet her in Paris, where they spend good time together, but fight in the end. After some time they meet again in New York.

She tries to find her husband, only to find everyone saying he doesn’t exist. Police make theory that her husband has been lying about his identity and now he had leave her, and does not take much attention to the case. Satyaki Rana Sinha, a new police officer, is helping Vidya to find her husband. Khan, the deputy of the Intelligence Bureau of India, is also taking interest in the case, and does not want anybody other to take interest in case. A contract killer Bob Biswas tries to frighten Vidya.

Film tells the story where a 7 month pregnant lady is searching her husband in an unknown city, when some ladies might have loose hope; Vidya is determined to find her husband. Film is nice thriller, with landscape view of beautiful and raw city Kolkata. Mystery in film keep engage you and Vidya' performances greatly add to the value of film. Honestly I have guessed the mystery of film, but most of people who haven't watch many movies will find great shocking climax.
Good points of film is its strong powerful story, good engaging direction, performances, screenplay, camerawork, while bad point can be too rawness and seriousness of presentation.
It will be liked by fan of strong suspense story and good performances.

Director Mandeep Kumar's 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya' is a romantic comedy film
Viren is hard-working honest riksha-driver who dreams to open his own travel agency, he currently working under Bhatti. Bhatti sells off his all rikshas including the one in which Viren put his savings of Rs.60,000. Viren in sorrow and in the effect of drunken state come to Bhatti's house to demand his money back on gun-point. Bhatti is marrying his daughter Mini with her fiance, Mini who doesn’t want to get married take the opportunity, and force Viren to kidnap her. Mini is in search of adventures, force Viren to demand Rs 10 lacks from her father, from which Viren can keep his Rs 60,000. With getting along they fall in love. On the day of getting the ransom, gun fires are started from the side of Mini's father and fiancé, that is when a real kidnapper kidnap them both, and took them to far off village. Leader of kidnapper is Chowdhary who makes living for his family by kidnappings. Chowdhary is revealed to be father of Viren, and Viren had left the home because he don’t like the ways of his father and family.
Then what happens tell the film...
Will Chowdhary left them free... Will Chowdhary demands and gets ransom for Mini... Will Viren and Mini get along...?
Film tells the story of adventure seeking girl with honest nice boy come along and fall in love and together they feel adventure of their life on run. Then, we see nice village backdrop where a family living on ransoms from kidnappings, and their child don’t like this and get separated from family. Reunion of child and his family and re-consider the why thinks happen as the way it happens, does it could have changed for better. Romance on run, comedy on side, and good moments in movie are coming and going, with some witty dialogues and moments. Everyone has given decent performances if not the breakthrough performances.
Good points of film is its adventure seeking story, decent performance, screenplay, direction, and good camerawork, while bad points of film can be called its somewhat used story, only decent performance while having the potential of breakthrough performances.
It will be liked by fan of adventure and light romantic movies.

Director Ashwini Chaudhary's 'Jodi Breakers' is a romantic comedy film.
Sid is a divorce lawyer who makes money by divorcing people, he meet the Sonali and both of them together become more wealthy divorce expert or to say 'Jodi Breakers' (meaning couple breakers). Sonali feels that she is doing good job by separating those couple who are not happy with each other, get them opportunity to be happy again or find life partner with which they can be happy. Sid's own life is not that good, he had divorced his wife who is not a good woman, and to which he have to pay large amount of alimony. Sid's ex-wife offers him a deal. According to deal, Sid has to drive divorce between happy couple Marc and Ira, and in return Sid does not need to give alimony to his ex-wife. Sid hides this from Sonali because she only like to advice divorces to sad couple, not happy couple.
Then what happens tell the movie...
Will Sonali come to know Sid's plan...
Film tries to be funny and then romantic, but it hardly get any of this. Story had lots of potential but weak direction and weak screenplay doesn't help. Script hardly gives any laugh for its not so funny humor.

Director Gautham Menon's 'Ekk Deewana Tha' is romantic drama movie. Gautham Menon had also directed 2001 hit bollywood film 'Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein'. This film is remake of 2010 Tamil film 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa' and 2010 Telugu film 'Ye Maaya Chesave', both films were blockbuster and directed by same director.
Sachin is Hindu mechanical engineering student who aspirant to become a filmmaker living in Mumbai. Jessie belongs to a conservative Christian family. Sachin met with Jassie and instantly fall in love with her, but their different religion does not allow Jassie to think about him. On the discovery of Sachin's follow up and stalking to Jessie by Jessie's father, they moved to their native village in Kerala. This does not discourage the Sachin, he follows her to the Kerala where they meet again. Jessie has developed some feeling for Sachin but she is not sure.

Will Jessie falls in love with Sachin... Will they face any major objection...? Will they meet and marry...

Director Shakun Batra's 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' is a romantic comedy movie. Film tries to show life of youngsters, love relations, and attitude of mature persons.
Rahul Kapoor is young jobless architects, who recently rejected in job interview. Rahul is trying to live according to his unhappy parents and try to make them happy about him. Raina Braganza is a hairstylist, who recently dumped her 6th Mr Rights. At Christmas Eve, Rahul and Raina spend a drunken night together, next morning they discover that they had married last night. Both of them wanted to get marriage annulled. Chances make them live together for few days, and these days they seems to developed love feelings for each other.
Then what happen tells the movie...
Do both of them started to love each other... Do they finally annul their marriage...? How they spend time together in few days which affects them in some way...
At first look, film look like the same old story of opposite attracts, but this film shows it in from different angle. Film is somewhat different from usual romantic comedies. Film initial part is somewhat look inspired from Hollywood film 'what happens in vegas', but this film is very different from that film. It is a daring attempt to show romantic film from different perspective. Performances from Kareena and Imran are very good.
Good points of film are good performances from actors, good direction, cinematography, story, screenplay, while bad point of film might be called the middle part of film where story do not look like evolving naturally and a bit slow, but probably for good reason.
Film will be liked by fan of romantic comedy and youngster problems film.

Directors Allyson Patel and Yash Dave's '?: A Question Mark' is a horror and found-footage film. It is said to be inspired from English movie 'The Blair Witch Project' and other films.
7 last year film students went to a bungalow in middle of forest to shoot their last year project film. Group includes 4 young boys and 3 girls. They started to feel supernatural existence around them, and one of girl Simran who is new in group is possessed by this unknown evil spirit. And after some horror events only the camera with footage found.
Then what happen tells the movie...
What happen to them...? How they fight with evil spirit...
7 students with full on enthusiasm to make their final year project film are capturing everything in camera in the way of forest. Their enthusiasm, passion, and realistic performances keep engage the viewers. Evil spirit is exihibit its performances slowly and has moments of scare. But the found footage format which adds value to film is also degraded it. Many times the shaky and out of focus camera indented to present fiction into found footage format makes you feel irritated and bored at times. Rest of time camera work is good for capturing beautiful location of forest.
Good points of film are its good, realistic, and enthusiastic performances, good story, picturesque environment, and some of its scary moments, while bad points of film are its shaky and out of focus camera-work which make you feel irritated and bored at few times.

A politician wants a room in his house, for setting party office. Bharat refuses to give his room to him, then politician influence police officers to harass Bharat without making any criminal offenses on him.
Film is good satire on political influences on society and corruption. But common man concept fighting against corruption is already been seen in many films. Performances are good.
