Movie Tagline: “Behind every great love is a great story”
Director Ashu Trikha's 'Zindagi Tere Naam' is a romantic drama movie. It is said to be inspired from 2004 English film 'The Notebook'.
An old man is telling a love story from a notebook in a hospital to an old woman who apparently loosing her memory. Story tells the Siddharth is living Dalhousie with spending life as cutting woods, create and sell violins in his small shop with his father. Sidharth met a rich girl Anjali, and they both fall in love with each other. Situation happens that they fight and get separated, without any apparent contacts. Sidharth heartbroken writes and sent 365 letters to her continuously, but letters did not approach to Anjali. Anjali with no contacts with Sidharth for a very long time, decided to move on when meet to rich Vishal. One day Anjali come to know that Sidharth is still waiting for her and making the dream house she always wanted, which make him famous as a lover.
Then what happen tells the movie...
Will they meet again...? What will happen when they meet again...? Who are those old man and old woman in hospital...?
Film starts as stupid, cheesy, clinch romantic story to slowly turns into mature love story. Mithun and Ranjeeta have done very good performances, and their respective roles are suiting to them. Protagonists Aseem Ali Khan and Priyanka Mehta, both of them have given from stupid to mature performances. Film gives the feel of genuine 1980s and 1990s love story, far off from Internet, phone technologies and short-term affairs attitude. And this is the beauty of film.
Good points of film is its simple genuine mature romantic story which gives the feel of 1980s and 1990s films in a good way, protagonists, directors given good work at later part of film, while bad points of film can be its bad, cheesy performances in initial part, with old style story, and slow paced.
It will be liked by fan of simple genuine love stories of special feels of old romantic films.

Director Sriram Raghavan's 'Agent Vinod' is suspense and action thriller movie. Sriram Raghavan had directed some earlier good suspense thriller already like 2004 Bollywood movie 'Ek Hasina Thi' and 2007 bollywood movie 'Johnny Gaddaar'. This film is borrowed its name from 1977 Bollywood movie of the same name, it is also said to be adapted from that hit film.
A suitcase of nuclear bomb, which possibly can initiate nuclear war, is get into the hand of underworld. Agent Vinod is a RAW secret agent. Vinod's boss show him last video message of his colleague secret agent Major Rajan, who was behind a Rusian mafia leader. Rajan before his murder tell them that he listened about a meeting going to happen somewhere which will badly affect India and he listen them to repeating number '242'. Agent Vinod is appointed to find out about them, and stop the possible attack on India.
Then what happen tells the movie...
What is number '242' and how it could affect India...? Will agent Vinod be able to stop attack on India...? Who is behind the attack...?
It is about stylish Indian spy, who look like desi avatar of Hollywood fictional spy James Bond 007. Film is a nice background story with good developed plan of antagonists. Saif Ali Khan as agent Vinod trying to be stylish with attitude but his dialogues look like somewhat cheesy and clinch, he seems to not to fit in the role, but overall he done the decent job. Agent Vinod travels to numerous world locations like Afghanistan, Morocco, Pakistan, Moscow, Turkey, Latvija. Kareena Kapoor is playing Pakistani undercover secret agent. One thing which irritates most in film is its action scenes where camera is shaking to the level of irritation to show the messy situation in story.
Good points of film are its good story, screenplay, average direction, and performances, while bad points of film are its irritating shaking camera action scenes, cheesy dialogues.
It will be liked by people who love to see Indian spy film in desi andaaz.

Veer lands to his native city with his Punjabi girlfriend Chandni to attend his sister's wedding. Veer and Chandni wants to marry, but Veer's father who belongs to royal ancestry, wants to marry his son only within a royal family. Chandni have to hide her identity from Veer's girlfriend to pretending as a friend and journalist who want to cover royal wedding. Veer's 3 brothers get attracted towards Chandni. Veer's father Chandraveer Singh decided to get marries Chandni to a punjabi boy within few days. So, veer comes in disguise as a Sardar as a prospective groom for Chandni.
Then what happens tell the movie...

Few friends, who love their bachelorhood, make a bet in college that one who remains unmarried at last will get the big amount of money collected by all of them. After few years, this bet had been forgotten; all the friends had married except the 3 best friends Nikhil, Rajeev, and Arav. Nikhil is get set to marry his sweetheart Anjali. Rajeev and Arav who share love and hate relationship starts to woo Anjali's friend Sneha. Things change when Rajeev become liable to money of Gutka king.

How will Rajeev payback to Gutka king... Who will be liked by Sneha...? Who will win the college bet...?
It’s another stereotypical film where boys don’t want to marry, unto the level that they make a bet for this. But film is way too clinched, with overused story, and comedy also does not impress you. First half of the film have many similarity with 'American Pie 3: The Wedding' movie. On the performances, Rajeev Khandelwal, who is known for his good intense acting, disappoints most in his happy go lucky playboy like character. Shreyas Talpade had given the good performance, while rest of actors performs average acting.
Bad points of movie are its below average direction, performances, and screenplay, while good point of movie can be called its simple story.
It might be liked by fan of light bachelorhood slapstick comedy film.

Director Tigmanshu Dhulia's ‘Paan Singh Tomar’ is a sports and crime biography movie. It is based on real life of Indian athlete, army soldier, and Chambal dacoit Paan Singh Tomar.
Paan Singh Tomar is soldier in Indian army, where he is recognized as potential athlete and runner. Paan Singh rise as champion in 7 consecutives national award in steeplechase running. He represents India in 1958 Asian Games in Tokyo, Japan. After taking premature retirement from army, Paan Singh moved to his native village in Chambal Valley. He tries to raise his voice against the land feud happen against his family, but administration is not interested into what he has to say.

From gloriously life of winning athlete to a notorious dacoit with same poor life back at village home, director shows different world in same movie with genuinely. It shows how winning athlete unable to change his fate, financial condition, and social status, and eventually forced to take gun in his hands. Cinematography is very good showing beauty of different locations in film. It shows sadness and thrills in the life of Paan Singh.

Nikhil and Lalitha meet in flight to London, which comes in the way of Lalitha's New York destination flight, and chances made that they have to spend a day together in London, they develop some feelings, then they decided to meet again after 6 months in New York, but Lolitha strictly told him that she don’t want complexity involved in distant relationship. Nikhil do not meet her after 6 months, instead after 2 years he start to miss her and meet her in Paris, where they spend good time together, but fight in the end. After some time they meet again in New York.

Will they finally accept their love for each other...? Will they start a relationship with each other... and how they changed with the time...?
Nikhil and Lalitha meet 3 times in 3 different cities London, Paris, and New York. Each time, they evolved into different personalities with having affected from their previous meetings, with the city and lifestyle with-in which they were into. Film is a light romantic movie with some nice moments, their conversations also have some good time, but mostly their talks based on stereotypes.

Kolkata Metro Rail gets attacked by terrorist using poison gas, which killed several people. Two years later, a 7 month pregnant lady Vidya Bagchi comes to Kolkata from London to search her missing husband Arnab Bagchi. She tries to find her husband, only to find everyone saying he doesn’t exist. Police make theory that her husband has been lying about his identity and now he had leave her, and does not take much attention to the case. Satyaki Rana Sinha, a new police officer, is helping Vidya to find her husband. Khan, the deputy of the Intelligence Bureau of India, is also taking interest in the case, and does not want anybody other to take interest in case. A contract killer Bob Biswas tries to frighten Vidya.

Does Vidya's husband does not exist and lying about his identity to her... Do everyone is lying about Vidya's husband's existence... Will Vidya able to find her husband...
Film tells the story where a 7 month pregnant lady is searching her husband in an unknown city, when some ladies might have loose hope; Vidya is determined to find her husband. Film is nice thriller, with landscape view of beautiful and raw city Kolkata. Mystery in film keep engage you and Vidya' performances greatly add to the value of film. Honestly I have guessed the mystery of film, but most of people who haven't watch many movies will find great shocking climax.
Good points of film is its strong powerful story, good engaging direction, performances, screenplay, camerawork, while bad point can be too rawness and seriousness of presentation.
It will be liked by fan of strong suspense story and good performances.

Girls' parents or restaurant owners’ thought girls runaway with some other boys, and start to chase them way to Mumbai.

This film is difficult to watch all the time you will want to leave film in between. Performances are very average. Story is ok, and direction is not up to the mark.
